Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Original packaging is required.
Products that have been damaged, improperly used, or stored incorrectly after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the return is due to a clear or substantial defect in the product, including an expired product or a product with less than 2 months remaining before its expiry date, it will be considered a defect from our side.
If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
For online payments, electronic transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refund processing time for online payments is 3–14 business days.
