Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging is required.
- Products that have been damaged, improperly used, or stored incorrectly after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the return is due to a clear or substantial defect in the product, including an expired product or a product with less than 2 months remaining before its expiry date, it will be considered a defect from our side.
- If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- For online payments, electronic transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund processing time for online payments is 3โ14 business days.
