  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging is required.
  • Products that have been damaged, improperly used, or stored incorrectly after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If the return is due to a clear or substantial defect in the product, including an expired product or a product with less than 2 months remaining before its expiry date, it will be considered a defect from our side.
  • If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • For online payments, electronic transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund processing time for online payments is 3–14 business days.
